It is back to school next week, as a teacher and a parent I have been preparing Elizabeth for the transition into Year 2 over this summer.
My current experience is it is always better to be as prepared as you can, as there will always be obstacles to overcome.
Although it’s an exciting milestone, starting school or going into the next year group for some children it can also be a daunting experience for you and your child.
