Delivery

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard deliveries within 10 working days of the order or earlier if possible if placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you have not received your goods after 14 days time please contact us directly by emailing us on enquiries@yourbrightlights.co.uk

Our delivery options are subject to availability and weight:

If  you are a local customer to the office base (Droitwich) we can offer free delivery, it is always worth asking.

Customers can also collect orders  from any of the markets or events that we attend for their convince. However your order must be phoned or emailed through!

Personalised items are considered final at the check out stage and cannot be cancelled.

Returns Policy

Returns: If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a fault with your order we will ensure that the mistake or issue will be resolved quickly and efficiently.
