So sad but the show must go on..

So today marks a sad day with the last of our shows being cancelled. It is with a heavy heart that we will not be exhibiting at the Cheltenham Race course or Ascot Race course this year for our Christmas events.

While we understand, it is a real knock to us as a business, there are shows that we look forward to trading at each year as some of our customers we only see once a year at these events. To us our customers are not just about what will they buy but it’s about listening to the tails of the family, having the giggles, seeing the photos of the new additions to the family including the new dog!

While there is a lot of disappointment in the air we have to remain positive, as our title says the show must go on.

What we can tell you is that we have been working behind the scenes to create an improved website.

• To all our local customers we have set up a Free postage service. So if you order online and you live within 10 miles of our head office in Droitwich you will not be charged for delivery.
• We have a few unique and new personalised products for Christmas to introduce this year. So we will be in contact. I am really excited about these as one has taken two years in the planning to get to this point.
• New wooden toys are still being brought in.
• We are still trading in Stratford-upon-avon on the waterside every Sunday.
• We are still working on the business as a whole and would really like customers to support us as we are a small family business growing. So follows on social media are always welcomed.
• We still continue to offer a personalised shopping experience where if you can’t find what you are looking for we will try to find the perfect gift for you. For example a customer has asked for some bricks, these are not on our website, they are not in stock but behind the scenes we have access to over 2000 toys, so as we always try to say if your looking for something please just ask. We are always happy to help.

So keep a look out for our new products coming your way, we are really hoping they are going to tick a few boxes this Christmas as well as make sure everyone is on the nice list!
